Contact import

you can now import multiple contacts at once, making it faster to get started and manage larger datasets.

Opening hours

We've added opening hours settings, a fully expanded configuration for managing availability and messaging:

• Create multiple opening hours configurations and assign them to different WhatsApp channels.
• Set a welcome message shown during opening hours.
• Configure out-of-office messages for when you're unavailable.
• Add custom days to your opening hours setup if needed.
