More flexibility in messaging and improved insights

This release introduces several improvements to make daily communication easier and more reliable. Users can now work more efficiently with files, get better visibility through notifications and insights, and benefit from improved message handling.

More flexible search with custom fields

Custom field values are now included in search results, making it easier to find the right information quickly.

Easier file handling in conversations

Working with files in the message editor is now more flexible:

• Files can now be copied and pasted directly into the message editor.
• Files can be added by dragging and dropping them into a conversation.
• Uploaded files can be removed before sending.
• Unsupported file formats are now clearly indicated in chat entries.

New Insights available in beta

We’ve introduced Insights, giving users more visibility into conversations and performance. This helps teams better understand their communication and identify opportunities for improvement.

Improved notifications

Stay up to date more easily with improved notifications:

• The browser tab now shows an indicator when there are new or unread chat messages.
• Browser notifications have been improved for better reliability.

More options for automated messages

Files are now supported in out-of-office messages and welcome messages, making automated communication more complete and personal.
